Please give a minimal complete example starting from emacs -Q.
Include your version of csharp-mode (not part of Emacs, and I failed to
reproduce this with the latest version), and a minimal example csharp file.

Hmnn, looks like it's related to the byte compilation changes from
Emacs25 to 26.

Removing the package and reinstalling it with Emacs 26 works for me.
